Today's warm up, we've started with 30 second drawings. I've used pencil and brush pen. But the brush pen was bit harder than the one last week. I'm not very happy with my drawings. I couldn't really relax and draw fine curves. So today's drawings don't have much force in them.

However, after the warm up, we had to exaggerate the proportions. My first drawings weren't so good. My tutor said that he wants to see much bigger exaggeration. So I drew very unrealistically. And after few tries, my drawings became very powerful. And I really enjoyed this technique.

After that we were introduced to a new technique. We had to draw only tones without any outline. I really like the effect of those drawings. They're very deep. I also like the effect of shading the background to make the highlights of the model to stand out.

Lastly, we continued to working on the measurement of proportions. But today I had big problems with that. I couldn't get the length of the legs right.
